It’s Never Too Late To Start Again

It’s never too late to start again, and as someone who changed career paths at 30, I can attest to the truth of this statement. I’m sure I will change paths many, many more times before the end of my road. I’m starting again with this site as I’ve changed my mind on what I want to represent here.

I have finally removed the “Under Construction” from my blog and am going to be periodically writing about being a woman in trades. Some of my posts will be dedicated to the challenges only fellow women in male dominated areas can relate to, some will be about my experience as a FIFO (Fly In Fly Out) worker, some will be loosely tailored to trades, and some will be specific to my experiences as a millwright and maintenance planner. So welcome back to my site, this is my fresh start with blogging 😁

I left the two posts that pertain to being a woman in trades so you’ll forgive the large jump between posting dates here. I originally had 30 posts on here. They were written from 2016 to 2020, and literally touched on any and everything that came to mind. It was used as a journal now that I read back through my musings. I have decided to dedicate it solely to “Life As A Woman In Trades” because since starting my YouTube channel with the same name, that is my primary focus. This was why I’ve removed all posts that weren’t applicable to what I want to share with this domain now. I couldn’t bring myself to delete them so they’ll remain private for when I want a peak into who I was all those years ago.

Thanks for popping by, I hope to see you often. Please drop a line if you have any questions or comments, I have oodles to say about life as a woman in trades and would love to chitty chat with you about it ❤️
